You get one that has a simple, classic feel with a 5mm top ball end and 8mm bottom ball end. There's one with a 5mm top ball end and a crescent moon bottom charm that's set with clear gems. And the third has a 5mm top ball end and a star-shaped bottom charm that's set with clear gems in the center and on the four cardinal points.
