Dangling from the end is a bird charm paved in small clear gems with a tiny black gem eye. Sitting with the mama bird is a tiny yellow chick. The flexible Bioflex barbell is self-threading and can be trimmed to a perfect fit. Simply cut where needed and reattach the ball end for a fit that's custom to your changing body.
