This glamorous bow features a whole bunch of bling. A large cubic zirconia gem makes up one loop of the bow, while clear mini gems decorate the rest of the bow. The cartilage piercing culminates in a five pointed, flowery gem encrusted end, which connects to a 1/4" straight barbell made with durable gold tone anodized over 316L surgical grade stainless steel.
