A large cubic zirconia gem makes up one loop of the bow, while clear mini gems decorate the rest of the bow on this cartilage piercing made for your right ear. The cartilage piercing culminates in a five pointed, flowery gem encrusted end, which connects to a 1/4" straight barbell made with durable 316L surgical grade stainless steel.
