The two sides of this lovely 20 gauge nose jewelry are twining together like they've fallen in love - the same way you'll fall in love with this piece! The 6mm nose piercing is made with a 316L surgical grade stainless steel post. It features a large clear cubic zirconia gem at the top. Coming down from the side and base are two individual strands, one made up of tiny clear gems, giving it the look of a ribbon but with far more panache.
