Get an antique inspired look that will steal your heart with this 16 gauge septum ring. It is made with an 8mm black PVD over 316L surgical grade stainless steel hinged straight barbell. It features a double heart charm, with the outer heart twining to give it a look that is both timeless and elegant while the inner heart is composed entirely of a single red cubic zirconia gem.
